From my travels to Africa I came upon this most beautiful coloured pink corn, made pap and roasted it on the fire. To my surprise the flavour was sweet and very tasty. This corn has all the vitamins and minerals in like it's supposed to have. They grow well in most areas in full Sun. The seeds are sustainable and can be carried on from generation to generation.
